If I remember properly, theres at least two dogs that die, those being Roier's and Luzu's (and both of them at the hands of Spreen 💀) But, again, its in minecraft
While Tilín is neglected and Wilbur does have to be away for long periods of time there is also permanent child abandonment like Spreen leaving Fit and Ramón which is referenced multiple times though usually in a lighthearted manner and Kameto leaving which Pomme has stated actually affects her though she jokes about it sometimes. Note that kids having parents not in their lives is referenced and talked about seriously at multiple points and can be hard to avoid.
Mariana, Charlie and Quackity are all semi-neglectful parents. They are not the best parents but they aren't wilfully abusive.
The closest it gets to full-blown child abuse is when Charlie locks his daughter Juanaflippa in the 'Flippa cage' and is harsh to her given its what his dad used to do to him, however in the same stream he decides to try and be a better parent, and he stops.
the character Roier hits his son Pepito with his hands and sandal, "downing" him at some points (which is a function in a mod the qsmp uses. After a player looses all their health, instead of dying on the spot, they get knocked to the ground and have to wait until either they die from bleeding or a player heals them) and sometimes attacks Pepito with other things such as his axe.
Jaiden is repeatedly killed for points in a game that is, for the person running it, a spectacle. It does not particularly come across as spectacle for the players who kill her.
When Felps is kidnapped, the Federation does act in a way that makes Cellbit look "crazy" and could be argued to be trying to make him question his own reality.
Some of Quackity and Charlie’s parenting tactics can be hard to watch, though they do heavily regret it they (especially Quackity) do mistreat their children. No heavy abuse though and nothing in the parent-child relationships that last longer
The jokes mentioned do indeed include actually doing them, it’s treated lightly but it’s pretty prevalent
Edit: there is a pretty significant plot point about people being drugged by the Federation and becoming addicted which is actually treated seriously
Forever, after the dissapearance of his son Richarlyson, is drugged by the federation. He takes pills that maintain him in a manic and delusional state. He takes them everytime a tiking noise starts, and his mood becomes violent and agressive, until he takes the pills again.
In the earlier streams there's quite a few jokes about it. And when Juanaflippa dies, Charlie is seen visiting the bar and getting drunk to try and numb the grief from the death of his child.
Edit: Badboyhalo and several others also use alcohol to try and numb themselves.
I’ve only watched Day One (but seen other clips) anyone can add to this, but the only “animals” I’ve seen hurt, are just minecraft pets, it can be sad, due to who reacts/the streamers to it, but it’s a pixel game.
Dapper and Badboyhalo keep a racoon in a small cage with his dead fathers tail as a punishment for his father stealing from one of their chests. They have referred to this as animal abuse multiple times.
Yes. Both of the typical minecraft variety and in the mods, which add spiders such as tarantulas which move more similar to their real life counterparts
Forever is druged after his son, Richarlyson, is taken away. The drugs keep him in a manic and delusional state, while talking to Cucurucho about it, he said "I didn't want to take it, but you changed my life".
After the wedding of Cellbit and Roier, Quackity gets taken away by the the Federation and ends up in a white room. The floor under him opens up and he falls into water. His pov cuts here and he's not seen again.
As the below comment states, there is lassos that restrict peoples movements and can drag them places, as well as cage traps which put the players in a cage.
Slimecicle has a code corruption on his body that covers his hands. While this doesn't impede functionality, he has stated that they feel numb or like static
There is a drowning effect in Minecraft that gradually applies damage once oxygen runs out. Bobby, after being downed in a fight, died from the damage taken by drowning and lost one of his lives.
In Purgatory, there was a toxic gas effect that would kill people without a gas mask. Players would commonly role-play being unable to breathe when this event occurred.
In the mini-event 'Le 14 Julliet', Foolish is crowned as king and then beheaded. This is non-graphic as it is minecraft, and everyone got their own Foolish head to keep from the event.
Cellbit is mentioned to have been a cannibal back in his prison days, and has once or twice brought up the taste of human meat in conversation. None of it is graphic
There is a weapon in the game that pushes the player into the ground once hit, "crushing" them (they pop back up after a few seconds).
In Purgatory, there was an earthquake effect that would drop blocks from above on players and do damage, occasionally killing them.
Most of the people say No for this question, but I want to note that it depends on what you consider a body horror.
One of the characters, Badboyhalo, have been changing color or losing them in general, and now his back is being melted(?₽ by radiation. Several characters have been infected by different entities, which changes their bodies. One of the characters have been ‘glitching’ at times, which looks like a deformation of his body, that lasts for a second or so. I guess, because those are minecraft characters it doesn’t really look all that scary, but if you want to perceive fan content, definitely prepare to some body horror stuffz
Ron (a Federation worker) is held prisoner by Bad and canonically tortured for an extended period. This includes the character begging for freedom and for Bad to stop hurting him.
Aside from normal Minecraft stuff, there's a bit where Quackity pretended to have fall down the stairs in real life. It's taken in a comical manner and has never happened again ever since.
At one point the federation kidnaps the eggs and implies that they have died, however they are returned not long after. The eggs are seen with cracks after returning
It's a quite common occurrence. People often will throw themselves in danger to protect their fellow friends and eggs from The Federation and The Codes.
The eggs Tilin, Juanaflippa, Trump, and Bobby are all permenatley decieced.
Maximus is killed by the nuke at the end of Purgatory and confirmed to be dead.
The character Forever was possessed by a powerful and malicious entity that refused to give up control of his body. Since the content creator playing the character was removed from the server, it is unknown if Forever is still alive, although he is largely presumed dead (note: even if he's not dead, his storyline will no longer continue)
For some members, yes. But it's never done for the sake of it or as a joke. It's usually about lore, like how Richarlyson the egg has a prosthetic leg due to his model render not working as intended and shortening his leg.
Abulroier, Roiers grandfather was killed by Cellbit (though he was brought back by the federation later) and this caused a lot of strain on their relationship.
The eggs (children) operate on a two-life system, and four of them have permanently died as of writing this. The rest of them- aside from Pomme -are all on one life.
It’s also been sort of implied Dan is dead and while the death doesn’t happen anywhere near onscreen his absence does affect his family. It depends on what exactly is upsetting to you about a parent’s death as it might fall more under abandonment
Most of the QSMP relationships are quite messy, and there are numerous jokes about cheating.
Foolish gets a lot of cheating allegations, and Charlie often thinks that Mariana is cheating on him with foolish.
There is a ghost mob
Badboyhalo is a grim reaper and his chat is represented as ghosts
There is a ghost named "Boo" who has talked to Badboyhalo before
Cellbit takes a shower before his date with Roier, and the eggs are often shown taking baths or showers. It's non graphic as it's minecraft and there really isn't any nudity shown
Three characters have been incarcerated, Maxo only stayed overnight, but Pac and Mike actually had to live in the prison for a couple days before escaping. The real time length of this period was only a day though, not multiple streams.
There is — at first before the eggs were discovered to be different genders from the same sex they were assigned to. JuanaFlippa goes by JuanaFlippa and her family excepts her after finding out, celebrating. And Leonardo/a is excepting of her/his identity! Both are equally trans and gender-fluid eggs!
A mysterious egg statue of unknown value is destroyed by players during a competition. There are fears that destroying it might harm children; it's unclear if it had any effect.
Pac mentions that he was given medicine via injection, but it is not shown on screen.
EDIT: As of now, a “cure” needle has been developed and used on both Forever and Pac.
One of the eggs, Richarlyson, seems to present multiple personalities in a way that many fans have related to D.I.D., however it seems to be good representation, and it's not treated as a joke (as of current date 12/02/2023)
Cellbit and Baghera dropped out of the elections by killing themselves.
Sometimes it's done for a joke, like when Cellbit and Quackity fought and Quackity there himself of high place. Tallulah has threatened to kill herself before. It's never done in a realistic and gritty approach, though.
yes, many people have meltdowns why are people answering no? the worst one i can think of is one of badboyhalo's lore streams from about a month ago, which was pretty much an hour long graphic panic attack
The streamers will sometimes make noises into their mic that may trigger misophonia, but whole scenes do not focus on it and it can often be skipped over.
Slimecicle is distressed by the code corruption appearing on his body, trying multiple times to get it off.
Maximus also had a code corruption bisecting his leg that he hid at all times and tried desperately to reverse.
Some elements of Minecraft can be claustrophobic, such as mining or players boxing themselves into a small hole.
On the server itself, there are multiple instances, a notable one being the narrow drainage system that players traverse in the Federation offices
Cellbit and Baghera have both dropped out of the presidential election by killing themselves/ Cellbit with blowing himself up, and Baghera with jumping off of a building.
PTSD is mentioned by name by several characters, and traumatic events are shown to have lasting consequences for how characters react (Tallulah's claustrophobia, FitMC with 2b2t, etc).
Maximus has a soundboard which has a baby crying on it, along with the capybaras.
The eggs will often say they are crying when something upsets them, but there is no animation or sound effect for it.
Yes, especially when multiple people are together. It can, however, get pretty heated during intense lore moments, leading the members to scream at one another.
Yes. It's a major plot point with the federation and other parties seemingly watching island residents alongside it being very common for streamers to spy on one another
Not graphic, but there is a mob that can infect you and make more mobs explode out of you; The streamers often joke that this is pregnancy and sometimes play it up for the bit.
It is not graphic and can be easily skipped over.
There are multiple men on the island that dress in feminine clothing, but it is typically not used as a harmful joke. Slimecicle wore a dress to Cellbit & Roier's wedding, Mariana has worn a maid dress before. Roier also has a character called "Melissa" that he plays on occassion.
Most people in this SMP are LGBTQ - eggs, minecraft streamers, but they wouldn’t be killed because of sexuality , everyone respects one another. But they do die.
Nope, there are multiple characters who either are aspec, are implied to be aspec, or have preferences and boundaries an aspec person might relate to and these are all respected
There are a variety of relationships involving nonhuman or partially human characters with fantastical or unclear ages, but overall the characters in relationships do not come across as being at different life stages.
Yes, but not in a preachy/real life way
Various religious concepts are brough in
On a different note, partners of the creators behind the rp characters are said to be deities (Godess of Death, Godesses of Love etc), and some of the characters are Demons, Angels, champions of said deities and such
Roier, who has been adopted by Foolish and Vegetta, ocasionally flirts with them or tries to kiss them. He poledances alongside Vegetta and at one point his stepsibling Leonarda. This is treated as nonserious jokes however.
Cellbit, Forever, Bad and the rest of the Order have gone through a lot of theories, a lot of them include the island not being real or fake in some way.
There is a bit during an Ordem meeting where Foolish plays a pretty lengthy clip of what sounds to be a car crash, but once it starts it’s very easy to skip the next five minutes or so to be safe and only happens that once I believe.
As of recently, yes. One non-graphic (because it is still monecraft) nuclear explosion in the finale of the purgatory arc, mostly treated as motivation to make the players flee the area
