It is revealed that Jackson had been “watching” Lisa for weeks before they met. Also Lisa’s father is being watched by an assassin outside his house.

Many of Jack's conversations come off as this, where he repeatedly pressures Lisa into believing that everything will be fine if she concedes to his assassination plot and that she is emotionally overracting.

No but female protagonist has a scar on her torso from a past attack. It's not explicitly said what happened or if it was sexual in nature, but it could be triggering for people who were attacked themselves.

I wouldn’t say excessive, but when (mild spoiler) a character runs over a person with a car there is a significant puddle of blood.

She coughs into the toilet but there's no visible t u or gagging. It's not triggering at all unless coughing/head in the toilet freaks you out.

Honestly much as I love this movies it’s kind of this i a subtle way. Sure the cops aren’t the heroes but it’s still very pro-US government and the motivation of the bad guys is just “…terrorism” (seriously it’s not really clear what their motivation even is other than being generally anti-US) aside from Jack considering how he’s willing to do anything so long as you pay him . You can DEFINITELY tell that this is a post-9/11 movie

There is an assassin sitting in a car outside the main character's dad's house surveilling him and waiting for instructions. It's also suggested but not shown that the main bad guy has been watching the main character for weeks without her knowing.

In an encounter in the plane bathroom flight attendants assume that the two protagonists are having sex and confront one of them when they get out. Nothing sexually explicit happens.
