While avoiding harming the pit bull, the titular Killer kills her owner. She is briefly the animal is shown to be in distress before chasing the killer.
He nicks his neck shaving early in the movie. Not exactly mutilation. Later, in an attempt to make a death look like an accident, he breaks a lady's neck while pushing her down some stairs.
Skip 10 seconds past EXACTLY 1:18:00. Scene is maybe 1 second and happens fast but the aftermath is present longer.
The man who is described to have raped the protagonist's significant other is kicked back onto a broken table leg. It is heavily, HEAVILY implied that he is impaled by it through the asshole. Multiple times afterwards the movie makes a point of drawing your attention to the blood falling between his legs. Skip to 1:20:00 if you are particularly sensitive.
When confronting his boss the lawyer, the killer inflicts a painful wound that is slowly killing the lawyer. He taunts him with a phone set to call 911 and demands information.
While there is plenty of blood shown, it's very reasonable for how many deaths are shown. The most blood is shown in a scuffle with the Floridian.
The most gore is shown when the cab driver is shot in the back of the head. Brief as the killer immediately flees the scene.
While most people are killed at the target location, the secretary/assistant to the lawyer is taken from her work and returned home before being killed. She is also retrained with zip ties for several scenes. The cab driver earlier in the movie is also told to drive to a secluded location at gun point, technically kidnapping but not what you think of.
While the guns in the movie are mostly silenced, you get to hear many bullet wounds being made. There is also a scene where a man is impaled in the leg and it makes some undesirable sou nds.
There is a hospital scene with some IV bags visible and other medical equipment hooked up to an injured person, but no needles or syringes entering skin.
There is an erotic dance sequence early in the movie, but no nudity is shown. (A man in a hotel is getting a private dance from a sex worker. She is wearing some kind of corset. )
The opening dialog goes on about his life, personal and work philosophy, and how he is ultimately unable to affect things a great deal. Not true Existentialism, but same themes and may invoke some of the same feelings.
The gore in the movie is relatively minor, but they don't shy away from it. The most graphic scenes are the two headshots (one early, one later), and the house fight in Florida where the target gets his leg impaled and bleeds a lot.
The movie is about a contract killer, he uses guns quite frequently, but they are usually only fired once. There is a brief gunfire fight at the Florida scene.
