No characters within the show are misgendered, but as previously stated, trans actor Elliot Page plays a female character. She/her pronouns are only used on the character Vanya and not Elliot, however there is content related to the show that uses his deadname and incorrect pronouns that were made prior to his coming out. Netflix has since changed the credits to his correct name, but it is something to keep in mind when watching older content about the series.

No, but be wary; characters that use they/them pronouns in canon are often given a binary gender in fanworks, and this is a common point of contention.

Not in the show itself, but it's worth noting that some translations (like Spanish and Polish) change the non-binary character into a binary gender

Throughout season 4, BoJack's senile mother mistakes him for a woman named Henrietta. However, this is not malicious and the misgendering is not the main issue.

(replying to previous comment) Their official wiki says "Their gender is unknown", & that they're not officially male but "able to give off a largely male impression while disguised." They're canonly nonbinary, & can just present as male (or masculine). The Ultimate Imposter uses he/him while disguised as Byakuya (and other men), so there is no misgendering.

Yes and No. There are a couple of jokes misgendering a cisgender man in a sort of homophobic context (calling him the wife/bride of another man insultingly) but there are no canonically confirmed trans/nonbinary in general, thus none who are misgendered.

In s6 e23, Crowley makes a running gag out of misgendering Raphael for inhabiting a female vessel. In s8 e23, Castiel briefly makes an insensitive comment about a (presumably)trans woman’s biological sex.
