Nemo’s father and Dory travel all across the ocean to find Nemo (hence the name of the film), but it’s not really stalking, they’re just trying to find someone who is lost.

The movie is based around Nemo being kid-napped. Including once part where he screams for help from his dad. While Nemo is a fish, and his abductor is a human, this can trigger people who have be forcefully taken against their will.

Some fish in the fish tank have mental health challenges, such as an obsession with bubbles escaping from a chest, and a "sister" with a name that's just their own reflection.

There is a scene where everyone in the tank is dressed up and grunting out "ha ha hoo hoo" repeatedly upon Nemo awaking, as though for a tropical tribe style ceremony. He is bewildered as you are until he slowly swims up to a place and they stop and finally explain what it's all for.

Some sharks think they could be vegetarians.

The movie has a lot of disabled fish, and in the beginning they are treated as lesser then fully able fish. Nemo's dad worries about him because of his malformed fin, and Dory has short term memory loss and is dismissed as worthless.

Later into the movie a lot of mentally disabled fish are plaied for laughs. A female fish talks to her reflection as if she was a real person (and casually sneaks in an "aunt flow" joke), one fish has an obsession with the bubbles produced by toy in the tank.

I’m not sure if this is considered a chronic illness or not, I’m no expert on these things, but Nemo was born with a deformed fin due to an injury from when he was an egg, and he is disabled as a result. However he lives just fine.
