(Book only) Not a confirmed trans character but Rita Skeeter is described as masculine in offensive ways adjacent to transmisogyny and she preys on Hermione (a child) in her shapeshifted animal form. The character Rita isn’t a transphobic stereotype in the films nor does she prey on anyone.

I'm not sure if this can be considered pedophilia, but Hermione, at that time 15 years old, is having some kind of romantic relationship with Victor Krum, who is 18 yo. (Also in the last book, Victor is asking about and checking out Ginny during Bill and Fleur's wedding, when Ginny was still minor if I remember correctly.)

Another handful of minor Scares towards the 2nd half of the film, as the theme gets darker.
Here are the Jump Scare times if you've not watched Harry Potter, but you HATE jump Scares.

(Mild) (1:00:45) When Harry opens the Golden egg, it suddenly makes a horrible Shrieking noise

(Mild) (1:49:37) The hedge of Bushes suddenly close in on Cedric
(Mild) (2:09:39) Dumbledore suddenly blasts through the door and confronts Barty Crouch Jr (In Mood eye's form)

The "House Elf Slavery" subplot reaches its worst point in the book with Hermione being ridiculed for standing against it but the film lacks this. Quite a few of the more problematic details from the books come up less frequently in the films. Even Cho Chang isn't mentioned by name in this film (if she appears at all).
