Annie was supposedly abandoned as an infant but it’s later revealed they died before they could come back for her. The circumstances of the other girls at the orphanage are not dwelled into ,but statistically it’s not impossible since during the Great Depression it was considered more humane/practical to give up the child for adoption.

There’s a scene where a gang of boys are tying cans and tins to the dog. Annie soon steps in though.

Sort of? A kid falls from one of the lowermost steps at the beginning of "It's a Hard Knock Life." She doesn't get hurt, and you can hear the actresses giggling when it happens.

No, but they do fall from the top of a bridge after climbing up it. They land in a net though.

No, but there is mention of it. It doesn't happen on-screen, a child acuses a younger one of "still wetting the bed".

Miss Hannigan (I might be spelling that wrong) struggles with alcohol addiction and overuse and is abusive and violent towards the children while drunk. Also, some kids very clearly have PTSD from being orphaned/abandoned and physically fight the other kids to cope, sometimes being violent towards the younger ones since they're bigger/older than them.

The scene where the orphans are locked in a closet might be mildly claustrophobic.

No. The raciest things in the movie are that Ms. Hannigan is sometimes somewhat scantily clad and that characters kiss.

In "Hard Knock Life" two orphans sing about how they aren't visited by Santa because they live in an orphanage. This contradicts the Santa mythos that Santa brings toys to good children, which these two orphans are, and makes clear these girls don't get a visit from Santa because their parents are dead.
