SPOILERS

Johnny himself is gaslit by supernatural forces throughout the entirety of the series.

It’s said in Volume 6 by Señor Diablo that Nny was schizoaffective from the beginning, but was rather docile and harmless. Diablo then says how supernatural forces came to Nny and posed as his own voices, which he had heard for quite some time already. They then began to tell him to kill himself and/or others, which leads us to Johnny’s murderous and suicidal tendencies.

One blatant example of this is in the end of Volume 3 when the “Doughboys”, as these two supernatural forces are called, began to move in front of Nny. When Nny asks if they could always move, one of them says how they were provoked. A couple panels later, the Doughboys go back to their normal positions and Johnny asks why they aren’t moving anymore. One of them says how they’re made of styrofoam, which makes Johnny believe he’s just seeing things. (Johnny has a history of hallucinations and has explicitly stated before that he knows he isn’t mentally stable.)

As mentioned above, a pedophile attempts to harm Squee but he is “saved” by Johnny. Unfortunately Johnny is a negative impact on Squee because he openly commits murder in front of him. Squee’s parents are also very neglectful.

I think other animals might die most notably is Nny's dead rabbit, nail bunny, who is already dead at the beginning of the comic but is explicitly said to have died in a gruesome way by having a nail jabbed into him by Nny.

When we first meet Nailbunny in Issue #1, he mentions that Johnny only ever fed him once before nailing him to a wall, but it's never stated whether starvation or cruelty were the cause of his death. For all we know, he could have died of other causes that aren't tied to neglect. The scene at the end of Issue #1 that involves dead rats also mentions that they were dead prior to being used for Johnny's disturbing pastimes.
In Issue #3, however, there is a scene that features sexual pro-creation between a man and a chicken (although nothing is visible), which is why I've labelled this as "Yes".

In multiple scenes, the character Nailbunny can be seen - a dead rabbit who was previously owned by Johnny and acts as a voice of reason throughout the majority of the series. There are also visible depictions of dead cats and rats towards the latter half of Issue #1.

I can remember 3 scenes that involve soiling, one in Issue #1 and two in Issue #2. Whilst the scene in Issue #1 isn't visible, and is from the perspective of a TV commercial, the first scene in Issue #2 is graphic and takes up the majority of the restaurant date plot. The other scene in Issue #2, which takes place inside a convenience store, features a brief remark about a character soiling himself from fear.

Johnny is very underweight and in Volume 7, someone comments on how Johnny hasn’t eaten for days, although it’s never outright said if he’s anorexic. However, in the beginning of Volume 4 he asks someone (seemingly out of nowhere) if they think he’ll get fat, which means that he knows he isn’t overweight, but is still scared of becoming overweight.

[SPOILERS]
Suicide plays a huge part in the narrative. Somebody is driven to a graphic suicide in the second Wobbly Headed Bob segment of Issue #2, and Johnny attempts suicide multiple times throughout the main story. In Issue #4, one of these attempts is successful.

Fat people are usually drawn in a purposefully disgusting or 'comedic' way, and are associated with being ugly or lazy. The word "fat" itself is also used as an insult once in Issue #2, but otherwise the 'jokes' remain purely visual.

Johnny is mistaken for a girl in Issue #6, but thinks the word "girl" is a name somebody gave to him and immediately corrects it. There is no purposeful misgendering, but the guy who made this mistake happens to be a homophobe who uses the f slur towards Johnny.

Guns are used during suicide attempts throughout the main story, and one of these attempts involves the murder of a store clerk in Issue #2. The Happy Noodle Boy segments also feature a lot of gun violence, but it never has any permanent effects and is solely used as dark slapstick comedy.
