S4E9 has a lot: Brief shot of blood on Nick's arm after he's cut with a knife, Mirror Missy's throat gets slit graphically, we also see Andrew disemboweled during the plane scene, Matthew's loved ones get sliced up. S4E10: Blood on a character's head during a fight scene (not explicit). S5E2 has gore in Missy's backne nightmare sequence and a LOT of blood when Jessi nicks her leg with a razor.
