Lucille hits her son over the head with several items, Maeby hits Stan (who she is kind of dating and living with at the time) over the head with objects as well. Both are done with the intent of causing harm so that they will be concussed basically and forget things.

Lucille attempts to convince Michael that a car crash was his fault, which he believes because he has memory loss from it. She also hits him on the head with things when he starts to figure out that she's lying, to make sure that he doesn't remember.

The treatment that Michael, Gob, Lindsay, and Buster experienced as children could be counted as abusive or at least neglectful. Specifically Buster, who is put on a leash against his will due to overprotective parenting on Lucille and George Sr.'s part.

In season 1 episode 2, Gob buys a dove form the pet store. He then immediately walks into a glass door and it's implied that he crushed the dove to death. There's also a bag that Michael finds in the freezer labelled "dead dove, do not eat" and obviously, it contains a dead dove. Do not eat.

Note: no dead doves are shown in this episode.

Yes, it's a heavy theme toward the end of the series.
In a flashback in one of the final episodes, Buster (as a child) pushes his grandma down the stairs, taking her life.

In the final episode, a flashback shows Michael falling down the stairs of the stair car at the Cinco de Mayo festival. He is unharmed.

It's implied at the end of Season 5 that Buster killed Lucille 2 by pushing down the stair car at the Cinco de Mayo festival.

In the first season, George Sr. has a vision in the form of a Star of David, which he interprets as a sign from God. However, he’s not particularly interested in studying, to the annoyance of those around him. He plays on whatever Jewish thing he can think of, but none of them are harmful stereotypes. Mostly just getting out of conversations or duties by claiming it’s a holiday, or “the Sabbath”, even in the middle of the week. No anti-semitism, just that George Sr. is supposed to be lazy and inattentive at everything he does.

S1E17: The closeted gay Bluth family lawyer, Barry Zuckercorn, goes to the red light district to pick up a prostitute. He pulls up to a woman and asks: “Hey, you’re not one of those silly men that’s dressed like a woman, as you?” When she says she’s the “real thing”, he drives away since he is not attracted to cis women.

the entire character of rita from season 3 is a joke at the expense of mentally disabled people. throughout her first few episodes, her mannerisms are intentionally represented in a way meant to convince the audience that she's a secret agent, although it's fairly obvious from the start what her "big twist" is, being that she was disabled the whole time. various ableist hints at her disability include her attending a preschool called "slowbrooke", laughing loudly, wearing mismatched clothes, being called stupid by her uncle and the narrator, eating improperly, playing with dirt, frequent mentions that she doesn't "seem" disabled because she's attractive, and "r*t*rd" and "r*t*rded" are used multiple times after her "reveal". she's featured quite heavily between episodes 2-6 of season 3, so unfortunately if you want to avoid all the ableism, skipping these episodes might be necessary.

Yes, if you're triggered by incestuous relationships I definitely wouldn't recommend this show. George Michael fake dates, and then eventually real dates, his cousin Maeby throughout the course of the show. It starts off as a prank relationship to bother their parents and turns into something more.
