S1 ep 10 shows the mark speeding and driving erratically while high. S2 ep 1 depicts a high-speed crash after a car is sabotaged, and the driver has to be hospitalized for severe injuries. *spoilers for the last episode* in the story Nate tells, Parker, Eliot and Hardison are all fatally injured (Parker and Eliot by gunshot wounds and Hardison by falling down an elevator shaft). Eliot and Hardison cough up blood, and Eliot and Parker have visible, bleeding gunshot wounds. This is all shown on screen but did not actually happen to these characters.
