There are several instances of this. In season 1, episode 7, a stereotypical Native American answers a telephone in a cutaway gag and says "Me cannot help. Me primitive Indian chief, know nothing about white man's problems."
Season 1, episode 16 is entirely misrepresentative of and offensive to Romani people.
Season 1, episode 26 is extremely sinophobic with extensive use of yellowface. There is also a yellowface gag in season 1, episode 17.
Season 2, episode 1 heavily uses Mexican stereotypes and the villain is portrayed by a white man in brownface.
Season 2, episode 3 is orientalist and xenophobic.
I'll update this if I think of/find any more examples. Obviously something being a product of its time is not an excuse for racism, but such things were normalized and accepted in the 1960s, so tread with caution. The racism decreased in season 2 as the Monkees themselves gained more creative control of their work, but there are still some occasional moments that are not okay.

Not possession, but there is mind control and I figured I'd mention it just in case: Season 1, episode 17 has Peter get his memory wiped by a mad scientist, although it comes back within a few minutes. In season 2, episode 25, the Monkees end up mind controlled by a hypnotist/magician. Also, in Season 2, episode 26, there is an alien being hypnotizing people into a mindless trance through their television screens.

Not sure if he's technically a mannequin, but the Monkees have a dummy in their house called Mr. Schneider. He is shown sometimes to have sentience, but is usually just an object.

Some episodes will run short of the allotted time and be filled with interviews, bloopers, and/or music videos at the end, but these are always played before the credits.

Drag is a semi-frequent theme within the show in the form of disguise, and characters are gendered in the way they are presenting unless otherwise known. For example, Davy has to pretend to be a woman in order for the band to get a gig in season 2, episode 24. Strangers use she/her for Davy while he is in the disguise, and so do the other Monkees while they are trying to convince others that Davy is a girl. When they're alone or just talking to each other and out of earshot, they use he/him. There is no deliberate misgendering in the show.

Peter Tork discovered he was autistic later in life, but not until decades after the show was released and his character doesn't portray any autistic stereotypes.

The pilot (season 1, episode 10) has a character of a sixteen year-old girl in it as the main love interest, but the Monkees' ages weren't solidified within the universe of the show yet and there are a few times in season 1 where they are referred to as teenagers and minors. In real life, The Monkees were all in their early twenties during the show.
