Hawkmoth's ability to akumatize people allows him to manipulate them into doing his will, and the "villain of the week" style of the show means he does this basically every episode. It's closer to corruption or loose mind control, but still possibly uncomfortable

The "Psychomedian" episode involves a comedian who gets akumatized into a pretty disturbing looking masked clown figure. It's worth noting that the Reflekta villain above is a recurring character across a few different episodes.

Not sure if it counts as PTSD but Marinette has nightmares about Chat Blanc in Senti-Bubbler and has a brief moment of looking panicked and remembering the events of Chat Blanc in Strikeback when Chat Noir says that he'll never be akumatized. Just putting this here as a warning because it can be viewed as PTSD.

Occasionally there are scenes where people are eating, and two characters recover their strength by eating macarons or cheese (not super audibly as far as I remember). In Season 4, Episode 21 (Dearest Family) one of the characters goes on a food spree and eats a bunch of galettes - this particular episode triggered me a bit and I listened to part of it on mute.
