I'd argue no, the people responsible for bringing everyone into the death game, regardless of the individuals' relationships with the perpetrator are viewed negatively by the people affected.

I'd say yes and no, a major recurring theme in the Zero Escape franchise is trauma cycles and how individuals, in order to prevent more trauma from occurring to anyone else or to resolve their own trauma end up repeating the cycle in the process to others to do so. The cycle of trauma is core to the theme of the game and one could absolutely view that as this trope

The bracelets have an anaesthetic and a poison in them that inject the wearer if their BP falls below 1 or they don’t reach a door in time. In one of the endings, two characters are cuffed to a wall so they can’t pass the doors before the time limit and the drugs in the bracelet kills them. Sigma can also die from this in a couple of the bad endings if the player picks a wrong choice during an AB game round with only 1 point.

Quite a few times in various circumstances. One character is locked inside a glass pod and is unable to get out on their own, and this character is found dead there later. Two characters are handcuffed to a sink and die due to game rules dictating that they needed to go somewhere. Various characters grab one another in order to stop them from doing things.

Nobody is sexually assaulted, but Sigma is a creep on quite a few occasions and will harass some members of the cast- they obviously don't like it but all of these instances are moved past rather quickly and not mentioned again. They're rather mild, but could still be uncomfortable to read for someone who has been the target of harassment.

It is not shown on screen but it is mildly escribed and shown beforehand of a character having their attatched prosthetic arms cut off to prevent harm via the bracelets. The arms are attatched to their nerves so they aren't just detachable. We also see the individual with wireframed prosthetic arms in one CG. There is also visual of a robot character falling apart as their artificial hair and flesh dissolve.

No one is genuinely possessed but multiple characters behave as such due to a disease affecting their mental state and are described to be behaving as such. There is also a plot point of the concept of characters sending their consciousnesses to other points in time, effectively shoving that version's consciousness out. I wouldn't consider it to be posession but it may affect individuals triggered as such similarly.

Whenever there is injuries/deaths happening in-game, there will be sound effects to accompany it. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to predict when something like that will happen because there will be a long leadup, a cg/cutscene, a change in atmosphere, plenty of dialogue, etc, so there's plenty of time to turn down volume or take off headphones.

Needles/syringes are exclusively used in an "injection gun", which doesn't resemble a traditional syringe at all. Characters get injected in the leg, the arm with no marks to show afterwards. But in certain endings- a character gets injected in the neck (you see a round mark where the site is for this one)

One of the major plot points is time travel. There’s a recurring theme where after the player makes a different decision than the last route, something completely unrelated will change for seemingly no reason. The most common example of this being, if you pick to betray a character they will choose to Ally, whereas if you choose to Ally with a character they will choose to betray you, despite the other character being completely isolated from you, having no knowledge of your choice and no other circumstantial change that would cause them to change their decision. This is something that’s addressed in the narrative itself as something that makes no sense.

A disease that kills people by making them commit suicide is central to the plot. Multiple scenes with suicide attempts are present in the game, including one where a child tries to commit suicide with a scalpel. He never succeeds (the people around him restrain him, get the scalpel away, and put him to sleep with drugs), but if you go for the true ending you'll see this scene multiple times.

A major plot point involves characters retaining knowledge of events that took place in previous playthroughs and endings, despite it not being physically possible for them to know it otherwise. For example, at one point a character consciously decides to leave you to die because in another ending in a previous playthrough, you left them to die and they swore revenge against you.

Apotheosis
Not nuclear, but an antimatter explosion, which is shown a few times and has more power than the Hiroshima bomb.

As with the first game, more extreme character deaths are not depicted, but there is a fair amount of blood and death that is seen on-screen.
