In the middle of a routine patrol, officer Daniel Carter happens upon a blood-soaked figure limping down a deserted stretch of road. He rushes the young man to a nearby rural hospital staffed by a skeleton crew, only to discover that patients and personnel are transforming into something inhuman. As the horror intensifies, Carter leads the other survivors on a hellish voyage into the subterranean depths of the hospital in a desperate bid to end the nightmare before it's too late.

The drug dude says that the doctor and cloak people watched him and a woman have sex. They refer to him as a sex fiend. Unclear, but weird. Also.. the woman is pregnant with the doctors baby…? So that feels not consensual
During the standoff, tan coat has his foot on mc's neck after he's down. The speech seems a little choked off. Again with the choking, this time with an item across the neck after 'this is your fault'
Within the first few scenes, Beth stabs a dude and then… cuts her own face off…? I think…? It’s hard to tell what exactly happens but it’s icky for sure
Yes and no. They assume Bev has gotten something from the guy he took in, and he is mentioned to have multiple drug charges and inferred abuse of them. Addiction is considered a mental illness, and in my opinion those not in right mind bc of drugs should count. The guy taken in also does something violent a bit later
No but the first... Thing killed, the way it was shot, and the framing was reminiscing of a suicide bu gun as seen on TV. It bothered me, so I figured I'd mention it
The nurse never actually performs the C-Section but there is an... abrupt birth near the end of the movie. Themes of childbirth are throughout the entire film, but nothing you could consider a transitional birth is seen.
Apparently there isn't a category for racism or kkk, but I just wanted to warn that the cult outfits are reminiscent of kkk robes, and that if you don't have great vision they really really look like kkk when they're further away.
A teenage girl mentions being pregnant with an older man's baby. This may be metaphorical (the older man is trying to reincarnate his dead daughter through the girl) rather than literal sexual abuse.
