In various episodes Steven has living catfingers, who try to overtake his body. He „kills“ those cats with water though.

An episode is dedicated to helping Connie deal with negative thoughts. It’s a happy ending.

Steven is dressed as a clown for the birthday episode but it is not in the context of a scary clown like IT. He has innocent intentions.

In one of the filler episodes, Steven and Connie have a car race with a jerk named Kevin. They have an anxiety attack while driving and spin off the road. Neither the children nor the car are hurt, and they easily get back on the road with no trouble, but they do lose control for a brief period.

A teenager dies and is revived a bit later in the episode. Seeing as a teenager is not yet an adult, it constitutes as a child dying.

Rose Quartz, the main character's mother, died in childbirth before the events of the show, and her death is discussed often.

it is not necessarily a plane and more of that of an alien ship. they are often seen coming to earth in one way or another but none are brutal.

Rose Quartz was strongly implied to be bisexual and dies permanently before the events of the show, and her girlfriend Pearl grieves her, but it should be noted many characters are LGBT and continue to survive and be happy in love.

Greg's leg is injured and presumably broken in "Ocean Gem", with no visible wound. The following episode "House Guest" centers around him recovering from this injury, and he is fully healed by the end of the episode.

Steven has healing spit, and there is multiple scenes where he licks his hand then wipes it on someone, usually an injured person.

There are some acts of child endangerment, though the parental figures in question are ambivalent about their choices. Antagonists physically attack the heroes, one of whom is a child.

Stevonnie is occasionally called she, but only by people who don't know better, and it's very rare. In recent episodes, however, Steven has been called she multiple times, as well as called by what could be interpreted as a deadname, even after he asks them to stop,

In "Change your Mind" (S4E29), the antagonist possessed the 3 crystal gems, 2 diamonds, and another pearl has been. For the crystal gems and diamonds, the whole process is shown, with their color and individuality being lost, and is shot like a horror film.

Lapis agreed to fuse with Jasper, however the relationship was abusive on both sides, but not sexually.

more so punishments than torture. in a very non-brutal you-can-show-your-kids way. someone is attached to another through fusing and is brought to the bottom of the ocean. lapis was trapped in a mirror until she was brought out.

In the episode Friend Ship" (s2 ep15) Pearl and Garnet are trapped in a shrinking enclosed pit which eventually becomes almost small enough to crush them. However, they do get out of it before any (physical) damage is done.

It's not against real minorities, but there's lots of disparaging language against fusions and other “off-colors”. Gems are even called “defective”. I don't think it's really a big thing, but it's close enough to real hate speech to be off-putting at times. It can be really close to real world ableism at times, but these views are always presented as a bad thing. In any case, i think it's close enough to be wary, especially if you have triggers relating to this.
