There's a flashback to Andrey's early years where he was instructed to shoot a horse belonging to an enemy of the mob. Ultimately, he cannot bring himself to do it, and instead sets the horse free. Notably, the horse survives this encounter.

Goncharov was made up by Tumblr, it is NOT a real movie and should not be on a site that people go to for actual reliable trigger warnings. If you think it’s funny to use a trigger warning site to mislead people for fun, it’s not. People trust sites like this one to have actual reliable information, not to be gaslit for a cheap joke. Keep this shit elsewhere, it’s funny when it stays on Tumblr or in places that aren’t meant to be serious, and it’s only funny until you put it in places like this.

Only if you count play fighting. Every character in this movie has a dog and they are all very happy and playful.

During a shoot out scene in the second act a large dragonfly lands on the barrel of Goncharov's gun. He looks at it and says "here's looking at you, kid," a reference to the famous Humphrey Bogart line said in Casablanca (1942), before firing the gun.

Yes but it’s only mentioned and never graphically shown. One of the characters was very much abused as a child :(

Although there is no explicit mention of "addiction" or "being addicted," characters in the film are frequently seen to be using intoxicants, indicating at least a substance dependancy.

There is constant abuse of alcohol from most of the mafia members, as well as Katya from time to time.

One of the reasons this movie is such a triumph is because it's one of the only movies ever made without sexual assault. Lots of other stuff happens, but it's a breath of fresh air to not have to sit through something so many of us experience. This movie was ahead of it's time in that regard.

There's a scene where minor character is being tortured and they threaten to cut off his fingers, but we don't see it happen. We just go to the next scene. It's supposed to be left to you to decide how long the guy resisted and under what circumstances, I think.

Depends on your definition of "head" and "squashed". Viewers who are squeamish about "brain surgery" should really skip past the Ice Pick Joe scenes

It's debatable, but I think "no." A character falls down the stairs and definitely breaks a leg bone, and it's possible that their Achilles tendon was injured, but we don't see enough to really know that. Maybe a doctor would be able to tell.

It’s very blink and you’ll miss it, but in the Pompeii scene, Mario steps on what appears to be an ash-encased depiction of an animal, maybe a rabbit or a bear, and it shatters. Unclear if it was an ancient child’s toy but that’s what I interpreted it as.

There's an off hand joke from the boss about how he used to do drag when he was younger, but it's presented in an empowering manner, rather than making him the butt of the joke.

Goncharov sarcastically addresses Andrey as "compadre," his tone suggesting there may be something more than friendship between them and alluding to some internalised homophobia, though traditional homophobic slurs are not used.
