Avoid the scene near the beginning where Meatwad is on a sound stage and the following scene of Walter Melon viewing them on screen. Semi-photorealistic kittens are shown inside of circus cannons to be shot out during a performance, when almost immediately their faces are graphically ruptured open due to the cannon blast passing through them. Lots of gore, really upsetting. Multiple explosions. You're good after that, though.

The second time the aqua teens visit the steel python roller-coaster, Ignignokt vomits several times. He vomits again minutes later after Err makes him drink something. Later on in the movie, Carl vomits during his date with Linda after drinking something. Pretty common theme.
edit: there is a second potentially triggering moment during a deleted scene, should you choose to watch it. its easier to avoid since there's lead up to it. when the plutonians and the mooninites are on the roller coaster, ignignokt tells err to be quiet so he can concentrate on not being sick, he then promptly vomits.
