The only animals in the film are xenomorphs. While for the most part you’re rooting for the human characters to kill them since they’re technically the villains, there are a couple parts that actually are a bit upsetting. First, two xenomorphs kill another in order to escape their containment, later (spoiler) the queen xenomorph gives birth to a living creature that then kills her. Then the creature is killed in a pretty awful way and it’s given features that make you feel bad for it, even though it’s the villain of the film. There’s also a moment when a character kills a spider by shooting it, but you can’t actually see anything happen since the spider is small.

The Xenomorph's handlers seem to have way too much fun training them by squirting them with a liquid nitrogen sprayer...

Lots of verbal harassment and skeevy behaviour directed towards the two women, but no actual or attempted sexual assault.

Not by the standard medical procedure, but a guy gets flash-frozen and his forearm breaks off. It's a clean break and there's no real gore involved, but he is conscious when it happens.

The xenomorphs are tortured, if you want to count them. They're sprayed with a substance they don't like and you can hear them squealing and thrashing around. There is also some serious medical malpractice involved with the Ripley clones and I think you could reasonably call it a form of torture.

No but an android has to "plug in" and the item she plugs into her arm is similar to headphone jacks. Similar to a needle being injected in the arm.

No typical miscarriage, but there's a plot point later on where [SPOILER] Ripley finds out her DNA has been cloned to create mutant copies through unethical experimentation. It continues off of some of the themes of motherhood and her infertility from Alien 3. She feels remorse for her clones' pain and deaths as though she were their mother, and euthenizes them all with a flamethrower. None of this really fits into the pregnancy related warnings here, but I definitely think if you're concerned about that kind of content, these scenes could be triggering.

“Just” the typical sexualisation of women in general. Not worse than the way it was in the first three movies.
