A large focus of the story in later chapters is whether or not the characters are being watched, and it is implied that some characters spy on others to learn certain information.

Well, "honey". Towards the end of the first chapter, one of the Monokubs consumes an inordinate amount of honey and acts inebriated afterwards, which sticks with them during the entire ensuing class trial. The manner in which other characters refer to it makes it obvious it's meant to be a stand-in for alcohol. Given the other content of this game, there's no radar it needs to dodge--it's just because it's a bear.

In another line of dialogue, one character mentions how he has experience with using ropes in that same way. This piece of dialogue is not skippable, but it is only mentions.

The third execution does show the character involved bleeding from the eyes. It's not terribly graphic and it's the same bubblegum-pink as ever, but still unpleasant. In addition, in times of crisis, the robotic character's eyes may get hazed over with static. While the eyes are fine, it's definitely not...right.

One character also calls the others "savant-'t*rd"s at one point, and I think I saw somewhere else that it wasn't the only time she used that insult. No characters are confirmed to be autistic, but I thought I'd mention it since that slur often targets autistic people.

Multiple instances. After finding out no one in the outside world cares for them, a character willingly surrenders their life to a murderer. Another character plots their own death and causes it to be as complicated as possible to confuse Monokuma. A Monokub commits suicide by throwing himself into a fire during an execution. The survivors form a suicide pact at the end of the game, but this never ends up coming to pass. A human-like robot self-destructs at the end of the game.

In the original Japanese, Kaito uses a word COULD be seen in a homophobic context but it does NOT equate to the F slur, it basically just means crossdresser, which is why it was translated as “girly.” Kaito also did not mean anything derogatory in saying it.

No slurs or anything remotely homophobic is in the English version

Not word for word, certainly, as the outfit is unchanged; but there is an instance of a character considered male suddenly acting oddly and more femininely as well as wearing lipstick. This gets comments (if you know Japanese and are playing with those vocals, don't listen too hard). Technically it's played more for horror, but we start getting into another warning with that.

“T**d” (a slang shortening of R****d) is used twice, both by Miu, and one instance is used to directly describe Gonta, who’s autistic coded, although he doesn’t react to either of these instances. In chapter 4, Gonta is manipulated into killing someone by Kokichi and after his execution, Gonta’s death, gullibility and Naivity is mocked by Kokichi, specifically to antagonise the other characters, simply for the sake of Kokichi’s self-satisfaction.

A vaguely Polynesian character (who also happens to have the darkest skin tone in the game) is portrayed as a manipulative and fanatical cult leader.

A female character who have what is most likely a crush on another girl gets murdered, though it's unknown if she also likes guys or not. Also, Judging by the love hotel scenes, several male characters who showed attraction to the male protagonist were also executed or murdered. While the sexuality of many of the deceased characters remain unclear, some do show attraction to those of the same s*x

a character calls others ‘t*rds multiple times, and idk if this counts, but they also ask if another character was “dropped on her head as a kid”

There is an implied age gap between the killer in Chapter 3 and his older sister.

One character is obsessed with Atua, although I don't think that the religion that the character follows is really that of Polynesian people. At one point, she also gets another person to follow her religion.

There are many raunchy jokes, especially from Miu. A character is shown in her underwear and bra at one point. An optional scene has the main character peek into the girl's locker room where several girls are naked (but censored). Most of the Love Hotel scenes are implied to end in the main character and their partner having sex, though these scenes are not canon.

There are optional 'Love Hotel' scenes in the game, which are implied to end with sex and potentially the loss of virginity. However these events don't occur in the characters' reality, but rather their dreams, and therefore these scenes are considered not canon.

(SPOILERS)

The culprit of Chapter 3 had an incestuous relationship with their older sister, and there's a CG that depicts said relationship.

Not crying, perse, but Kaito acts pretty judgemental towards Shuichi at times because he is emotional, not too strong physically and is deeply affected by deaths of his friends, especially Kaede's. He tries to help him by making him work out, which, as Shuichi lampshades, isn't exactly what he needs.

There is a mini game where you drive a car. If you're bad at it the car can crash. It is not explicit or story related.

One of the minigames played in the trials involves driving a car and hitting women who represent the correct answer of a multiple choice question. No one in the story is actually hit by a car and the women hop happily into one of the seats in your car if you get the answer right.

There is blood present with most of the murders/executions, but it is hot pink instead of the usual red. There is no gore.

There are airsoft guns and a firing range located in one of the characters’ research labs, but they’re never used. A couple of crossbows found in the same research lab are involved in one of the murders, however.
