In the montage of past Freddy films at the beginning of the movie, there is a ton of body horror. Freddy transforms his body in hideous ways, peels off his own skin, elongates himself and various other gross tricks. Jason's decayed body with his organs exposed is also pretty horrific. Many of the murders throughout the movie also have graphic body horror elements, like a man basically folded in half.

Not squashed, but a head does sever itself/fall off as a jumpscare. Blood dramatically spurting from the neck is seen. The head is then held, blood-side up. This happens 20 minutes in. 0:20:17 to 0:20:28. There's a second beheading near the end at 1 hour 28 minutes, more graphic than the first. 1:28:16 - 1:28:24. It's done in slo-mo, you'll still be able to understand what happened if you choose to skip those few seconds. The head itself is seen from 1:28:30 to 1:28:37. Same head is seen carried in the following minute, the end of the film. It's not bloody anymore though, so I wouldn't call it graphic even for the more squeamish.

Many scenes of topless women (I don’t mind nudity but this is very male gaze-y), and Freddy is very disrespectful to women in general.
