There is a censored cut without any, but the uncensored version has multiple instances of it. There is a scene with birds attacking a farmer using their own feces (some gets into the farmer's mouth), and another scene where Leafie accidentally walks in on Mr. Otter while he's pooping. The scene where farm ducks are shown excreting into a tiny pond could count as both pooping and peeing due to bird biology, and the ducks are shown swimming in the water and drinking it while they befoul it, to Greeny's disgust.
