iirc one fanmade (emphasis on fanmade) subtitled version uses the f-slur, but this was a mistranslation and I don't think it carried over in official translations.

Relies on equal opportunity stereotype humor (especially the English dub). In fact the manga had a depiction of South Korea that was considered offensive even by the manga’s standards (mostly to due with its realtionship with Japan) that the franchise was banned in the country and the character was removed from the anime

Possibly HRE, but whether he's dead and/or LGBT is arguable. First off, while it's heavily implied he passed away after the end of the Chibitalia subplot, this is not explicitly stated in the show itself (it was explicitly stated in the webcomic, but only in an inaccessible and deleted strip that was never finished, and might not be canon). Second, while he had a crush on Italy, who's a boy and reciprocated (Italy confirms this a second time in Beautiful World), HRE believed that Italy was a girl. It's still possible he could be LGBT if you subscribe to the theory that he's Germany as a child (Germany tries to pursue a romantic relationship with Italy in Beautiful World), but if this theory is true, he's technically not dead.
