Two characters specifically seek to get drunk in order to cope with the plot situation. We see them drinking alcohol over the course of the first half of the movie, and one of them appears more disheveled as the time passes.

In the beginning scene, we see several female nurses held down and stripped by male patients, with the implication that they are going to be or have already been raped. There are two or three we see, with the knowledge there are more. It is later revealed in a scene where a character is tortured that the nurses were sexual sadists and would pleasure themselves while torturing the patients. We also see a naked character chained to the ceiling, framed as being post-coital. It is unclear if they are consenting. In a post credits scene, a female character who had died has replaced one of the nurses in a recreation of a part of the opening scene, implying she's now being raped by the spirits of the house as a kind of hell.

A character is completely submerged in water. Although it turns out to be a hallucination, they still struggle. Another is strangled in a lengthy figgt scene. Both scenes happen towards the end and don't include any disturbing audio, so they can be avoided.

The plot involves a psychiatrist who sadistically tortured patients. Although most of what he did is seen in quick flashes or only alluded to, we have two lengthy scenes of torture, not including the post-credit scene, and see several of his torture devices. This includes physical, sexual, and mental torture.

I do not recommend this movie if it is a trigger.

The plot revolves around all the main characters being trapped in a house against their will. Towards the middle of the film, a character disappears from a bed they were sleeping in and is tied up to a torture device. It is later revealed to have been a ruse.

A character is acting very jumpy since their introduction. It is revealed they lived in the house as a child, and was traumatized by it. Over the course of several scenes, the character gets more and more nervous and panicky, until they're breaking windows to try and escape. Later, another character confronts who they think is a murderer, and, in a state of panic, kills the other character while crying hysterically.

Toward the beginning there is a roller coaster scene. The roller coaster features several strobe lights. Strobe lights and fast images are later used to psychologically torture a character. They are both easy to avoid.

Most of it is very brief and not detailed. However, there is a decent amount of blood throughoutthe film, including an attempted drowning in a large vat of it. We see a dead body that's been dismembered (a missing breast is very meaty, although it's bloodless) and a head that had its face and brain removed.

The character's are given handguns at the start of the night. Two of them take them, and repeatedly point the guns at people and things that scare them throughout the movie. One character is shot repeatedly in the chest. Another angrily fires the gun at a mirror near someone's head to prove the guns are loaded.
