I wouldn't say she forgives him. More like she feels a lot of guilt for resenting him even if he killed himself in the end. But SPOILER she still recognizes he made his choices, and she has nothing to feel guilty about.

No, but the Jester feels sometimes like a creepy man following one of the characters. She in fact proceeds to try to escape him in a supermarket, where the cashier notices that and then proceeds to hit on her and make her feel unsafe AGAIN.
