several of the ghostshave very grotesque figures, the one played by johnny depp especially so. the scene where there is a figure pacing outside on their balcony and when the paranormal investigators conduct the séance- after dalton gets up and when the lights flash, johnny depp holds renai against a wall and its pretty graphic for about 10 seconds. you can also see it a bit when josh is in the attic in the further

at the beginning of the film dalton goes into the attic and falls off a ladder. we technically dont see him go unconscious but it is presumed as the camera cuts away for a few seconds. dalton also falls into a coma for the majority of the film for unexplained (until later ofc) reasons- he just falls asleep and doesnt wake up
