It is implied that Penny has a thing for feet. In episode 4, Dr. Teeth is behind her desk and he says he's going to "show her what happened when the piggy went to market." As this is the Muppets we are talking about we don't see anything further as the scene cuts away, but it's still pretty shockingly blunt on what is happening and a little TMI (though still not as "I didn't need to see that" as Pepe x Bitterman in It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie, in case you are wondering/scared/traumatized from having to witness it).
