This game treats cats very well! Play as Cammy and you get to see an adorable kitty on the character select screen and when she wins a round.

Sagat's World Tour story contains a somewhat mild example. You see a flashback image of the moment he lost his eye in battle, however the image shows that side of his face turned away from the camera and if not for the blood it just looks like he's being kicked in the head normally.

Not especially. As this game is about martial artists fighting each other, all combatants are subject to the same levels of violence. No female characters are fridged.

Mel's relationship with his father is turbulent, but Ken does love his son and would never think of abusing him.

A minor NPC is poisoned by "herbal medicine" they stole from A.K.I. They exhibit severe symptoms shortly after ingesting the poison.
A.K.I. built resistance to poison presumably by taking doses of it, which turned her hair white.
Several of A.K.I.'s attacks create pools of poison or outright poison her opponent, which gradually damages them over time.

M. Bison mentions that the horse he adopted was on the verge of death, but he was able to nurse it back to health by giving it psycho power. Despite being a major antagonist, Bison genuinely treats the horse well and cares for it, and in World Tour he even offers the player a chance to feed it.

No, however it should be noted that JP's winning animation is framed like he's about to stomp on his opponent's head, before he simply walks over them.

The only character who is really openly sexualized is Juri, and she is definitely an adult. The season 2 DLC also adds Mai, but she is also very much an adult.
