I would say yes. A character has a penchant for throwing food from his wife on the ground if he doesn’t like it. Their son worries the situation will escalate into him hitting her, which doesn’t happen. Even so, there is the cycle of harm and asking for forgiveness. We later find out that this character was sexually assaulted as a child by an uncle, and no adult stood by his side when he told what happened
