A rook (a type of bird in this case, and not the chess piece) is killed to make Jonathan, a main character, lose his mind and go on a killing spree. The carcass is described very explicitly. Ichabod, Jon's real and still alive crow, is found in less than optimal conditions in which a person may find upsetting.

There is implied DV between Joker and Harley, but it's also implied that Harley likes it, gives him the same energy back, and it's actually part of the reason as to why she sticks around with him.

Yes, both in mentioning and in person. Jonathan talks at one point about the severe childhood abuse he experienced at the hands of his father. Edward visits his abusive father on his deathbed during one arc and has an entire episode long talk with him, in which he is still verbally abusing Edward.

Absolutely. There are multiple instances where mentally ill characters are portrayed as violent and unstable, whether it is a result of their illness or just because the person in question is a rogue/criminal. (Ex. Jonathan's alter, Scarecrow, goes on a giant killing spree when Jon's pet bird, Ichabod, is killed.)

No, but one character does refer to an autistic man who participated in their experiments as "high-functioning", which to me personally as an autistic person (and to other autistic people I've seen and met online) is a very offensive term. The following paragraphs in quotes are excerpts from articles explaining why the 'functioning' descriptors are offensive. -------
"Why is using 'high functioning' an issue? Many autistic people have long advocated for this term to be abandoned due to its inaccuracy; using this sort of functioning terminology comes with assumptions of someone's abilities that may not match what the individual is capable of." (Autism Awareness Australia) -------
"As for so-called ‘high-functioning’ autistic people, this label is given to those who find it easier to blend in with non-autistic people. This label is highly insulting to autistic people who find it harder to act like NTs and, in the process, puts those with the high-functioning label under pressure to be ‘normal’ all the time. From personal experience, doing this can be draining." "The word ‘functioning’ likens autistic people to machines, which is really offensive." "Functioning is a word that can seem cold and clinical. Applying this to an autistic child early on can really dent their self-confidence throughout their lives. A simpler term – autism – would be easier to remember and is less likely to stigmatise them." (Bristol Autism Support)

Technically, yes. Edward Nygma is portrayed very early on in the podcast as having a brain cancer, even dying from it at one point, until it is revealed the tumor is a robotic one implanted into his brain. He does get it removed later on, but it is a major plot point of the very first arc of the podcast.
