Not exactly in the show as everyone is the same age (preteens to young teens), but the teenage girls are very sensualized especially in the dance numbers. Jodie Foster was targeted as a young girl after this and it led to a crime by a stalker trying to get attention from her. So yes this movie could definitely be a trigger.

No, the only scene with animals is a wealthy couple playing polo.

No, but there's an unwanted kiss. There's talk of cheating and frustration around it is a major plot point.

No, but baseball bats do fly and fists fly in a boxing ring with people singing about how violent it's going to get (kids wear protective gear). A car nearly runs over a picnicking group. There are some moments that might make people feel claustrophobic as people get trapped into tiny spaces or hide in them.

In the world of this movie, marshmallow cream is substituted for bullets. Sometimes, someone gets hit with a lot of it and we don't see them anymore in the movie. I suppose you could argue that they've died, but it's all pretty tongue-in-cheek and absurd, so no actual violence is ever shown.

Jodie Foster sings about essentially being a sex worker while wearing a floor-length lingerie/slip-style dress (about as bad as a rated G musical could get, so it should go over kids heads, but for adults it won't). She also flirts and acts seductive towards the main character and there's talk of cheating ("careful, your racing my motor" says Bugsy Malone, "how about smearing my lipstick" Talulah says). Other dancers wear bottoms that are short and wide exposing their cheeks. At one point a boy complains about her spending so much time doing her makeup. She says that if she didn't do this he wouldn't give her the time of day. Fat Sam at one point tells her to go make herself more beautiful, she says that's impossible (he's trying to get her to leave to discuss gang warfare). There's some other stuff that's iffy, like dancing girls falling backwards and their underwear showing, but that's not too bad.
