ReportUptight New York City executive, Michael Cromwell, pursues his soon-to-be ex-wife to South America and returns home with the son he never knew he had -- a boy raised in a tribal village in Brazil. A young boy eats cat food and the older woman who owns the cat is very disturbed by this. She gags violently and someone covers her mouth for her as she runs off screen. You can hear her retching and sick but it is not shown. The whole scene is still gross and triggering.
