One explicit mention when Moss exclaims that he can’t go to prison because of what will happen to him (S01E02 Calamity Jen). In S02E06 Men Without Women, Moss and Roy get locked in a room with their drugged boss and it’s implied that he at least tries to assault them. The implication of rape is always played for laughs.

There are no canon autistic characters. Though it’s probably unintentional, Moss reads as autistic-coded (he’s ridiculously knowledgeable about computers, but struggles with social interactions, and is hilariously bad at lying), and he’s a reasonably good portrayal.

One character is implied to have killed his wife (there’s audio of her yelling for help because her husband’s trying to kill her, and he says that it was the last time he ever saw her alive).

No actual gaslighting, but multiple episodes feature massive lies that spiral out of control. For example, in Season 1 episode 5, a character is led to believe that their coworker has died, and doesn’t find out the truth until the end of the episode.

S2:E6, a boss tries to roofie his employee (although he thinks it's a "love potion," not roofies) but is unsuccessful. The boss accidentally takes the roofies himself and assaults two other employees. The episode ends without knowing the extent or outcome. It's revealed in S3:E3 that it progressed as far as him forcibly kissing one of his employees.

In the show’s most controversial episode, Douglas Reynholm dates a trans woman and reacts with horror when he finds out that she’s trans. It’s not suggested that she tried to ‘trick’ him, though - she actually did tell him at the beginning of their relationship, but he misheard her. Nevertheless her status as a trans woman is played as a joke and the show’s creator (Graham Linehan) is known for viewing trans women as predatory.

To elaborate: A transgender woman claims that she “used to be a man”, which was outdated language even at the time. She’s a kind person and she’s seen as feminine and attractive to others, but she has great physical strength and stereotypically masculine interests. The show’s portrayal of a trans woman would be awkward at worst if it weren’t for Douglas’s reaction to her: he’s disgusted by the fact that she “used to be a man”. For what it’s worth, he regrets breaking up with her later.
