Typical drinking you’d see at a fraternity party.
There is also a ghost of a dead teenager who was implied to have died from alcohol poisoning

During the frat party, the female friend kisses the male lead in an attempt to not look suspicious. The girl apologizes right after, and the guy isn’t bothered by it, but he’s otherwise out of it due to the spooky things happening

One major character’s pulse stops briefly, but they are saved. I believe the same happens to a minor character, but they are also saved

Not exactly the same, but a young character’s comfort item is both made fun of (a brief comment) and later destroyed (not by another character)

It is a VERY bad scene if you're emetophobia, when they go to the frat party as soon as Dalton and his roomie get to the bedroom I'd take a bathroom break lol. It's the most violent and realistic vomit scene I've heard in awhile.

The demon who peels his own skin off can be heard to do so, and excessive vomiting from one ghost could be perceived as gore-like or triggering.

Two scenes very close together of a character vomiting, and it’s the horror movie kind

If you want to skip:
it’s when one of the main characters is alone in someone else’s dorm room for the first time

Kind of... main characters comment on someone's name saying they expected her to be a boy. Seemed like it could take a turn for a mean joke but it is glossed over fairly quickly.
