A main character makes several flirtatious comments towards highschool girls. His age is ambiguous, but it can be inferred that he is an adult. He never acts on these comments.

Very huge theme in Chapter 5, especially, if you're sensitive to that. It's shown and discussed in somewhat graphic detail.

One of the peacekeepers leaders (Context: They are the city police) frequently mentions torturing people that he arrests, but this is never shown or performed onscreen

High school students are the victims and culprits in chapter 2. Child deaths are also part of the game's backstory.

Sadly, yes. For starters, a main character in chapter two makes many flirtatious and even overtly sexual remarks about high school students, and while his age is never stated/is ambiguous, it's likely he is an adult, and either way, it's disgusting. Another main character is a high school student and is shown in revealing clothing in a certain scene, which is incredibly uncomfortable to watch. Also, in a DLC, a main character makes flirtatious comments towards a very visibly young child, which is INCREDIBLY disgusting and very uncomfortable. I'd just avoid that character's DLC as a whole, because I didn't watch it fully due to those reasons but can only assume it'd contain more gross stuff. This is all I remember off the top of my head, but there may be more.

Cheating is mentioned (the protagonists are detectives after all) but no cheating actually happens.

Comical, cartoony ghost in Shinigami, also Vivia’s Forte can evoke ghosts but doesn’t actually involve them.

The protagonist's sidekick is a death god and she possesses the corpses of the culprits at the end of chapters 1, 2, and 3 in order to have them confess to the murder they committed.

Quite a major part of the game is that the law enforcement, the "Peacekeepers", are selfish, cruel and all around terrible individuals.

[SPOILERS]

In the final chapter, you seemingly find the corpses of all the other detectives, one of which being a person who is non-binary, but you find out later that all of their deaths were faked, and they are all alive and perfectly fine.

There is a LOT of fatphobic stereotypes and fat jokes, to be honest. Multiple fat characters are portrayed as incompetent and there is a fat character whose ability is listed as "speed eating" and is meant to be villainous in nature.

One of the major characters expresses their distaste for religion, stating that "the lost lambs should look to detectives instead."
The protagonist seems to disagree with this notion and then this topic is never mentioned again.

Sexual jokes and harassment throughout, on a similar level to Danganronpa.

The game largely revolves around solving murders, and the corpses are shown on screen. The blood is usually pink, though, and it's never like, Mortal Kombat levels of obscenely graphic violence, but blood and gore is present.
