In the manor, two commandos suspended from the ceiling fall to the floor after their ropes are cut by Lara. A third one is picked up by her on a bungee cord and dropped from a similar height.
In Cambodia, one or two henchmen are thrown into a deep pit by animated stone statues.
While technically not a “ghost” per se, Lara does see a vision of her deceased father for about a minute and has a conversation with him in the 3rd Act. It’s a touching scene and not scary at all.
A large piece of metal in a stomach gets pulled out, then later stitched up, honestly not at all that bad unless you're really squeamish or put off by stomach injuries.
