At least one character is followed by law enforcement, often and for long periods of time. Several characters are "monitored" by law enforcement.

The mother is shown to be neglectful of her infant son, also refers to him as a “brat” and is generally unloving. Could be triggering for sure

At one point the wife throws a glass at the wall behind her spouse and slams the door. It doesn’t get worse than that but I found it triggering

No, but early in the movie an apple is injected with poison by a main character, and someone almost eats it by mistake before the main character throws it out of their hand

Oppenheimer is deeply disturbed by the results of his work. He's tormented by visions of nuclear war throughout the latter half of the film.

The security clearance hearing for Oppenheimer is conducted in a very small room that only accommodates a table and the people sitting around it, which somewhat triggered my claustrophobia.

The whole film is sudden loud noises.
Especially the big explosion scene. when the bomb drops the film goes completely silent for almost a minute and then immediately after the shockwave happens extremely fast and its loud. I jumped out of my seat

Also theres a scene where Oppenheimer is in a crowded room and he has a panic attack while having visions and all of a sudden, someone grabs him and the audio comes back loud kinda like snapping back into reality

The actors had a larger age gap (20 years) than the real life Oppenheimer and Tatlock (10 years) due to Cillian Murphy portraying Oppenheimer over multiple decades.

Brief mentions of Hindu spiritual beliefs (during the first scene in which the ''i am become death'' quote is used) and christianity (very briefly in the scene in which theyre discussing the Trinity test). There is no major debate over religious beliefs.

SPOILER- Oppenheimer's mistress commits suicide this way (though it is also implied she may have been murdered). You will know when it's going to happen as she lays out the pillows on the floor in front of the tub. There are also "flash" images of the drowning leading up to the scene. It takes place about half-way through the movie.
