No, but there’s the passing comment of “it’s fine, kids love me” after assaulting the man’s wife in the first scene. Nothing further is shown, but it’s disturbing nonetheless

CW: general description of the scene
TLDR: it’s in the first five minutes and mildly graphic (also, she’s fridged which adds insult to injury)
-Some workplace sexual harassment
Fridging is the act of killing or otherwise harming a female character for the male lead’s character development.
It’s literally less than two minutes into the movie. It’s mostly implied (woman being forcefully undressed, man on top of her) but it’s very obvious the totality of what is happening. It’s highly disturbing as it’s completely unexpected and everyone involved in the scene is helpless except the attackers.

It’s very brief and you don’t really see anything. You only see him pull up his pants after getting up.

Debatable: a character is punched repeatedly in the mouth and spits blood.

No idea why there are so many votes for “no”: a character has his fingers and toes all cut off.

Very detailed and shocking scenes of torture and murders. It was extremely triggering for me. Anyone sensitive to violence, I recommend just not watch this movie at all. I regret watching it.

Spoiler Warning
During the torture scene there is a part where he has to move his tongue so that he doesn't choke on it, he g* while this happens.
After his prison lunch deal is over he stabs his cellmate with a steak bone in the neck. the cellmate has food in his mouth when he is stabbed causing him to splutter out food and blood.
Not vomit but still a pretty bad scene

It’s mixed but I’m actually voting yes for one major reason.
Overall the justice system is shown to be incompetent and we are generally meant to be in the side of the man taking revenge against the system. However, there are undertones of “if only we fixed the system everything would be fine”. The main reason I’m voting yes, though, is that lethal injection is openly described as humane and “painless”. People that have experienced botched lethal injections describe the exact opposite experience. There are no pain killing drugs administered and it is described as a horrific experience. (I recommend researching this as the more you know the worse it gets.)
The idea that the state is killing humanly and that it has a right to kill/ should kill counts as copganda in my book.

IVs are shown being put into arms. Highly visible on screen. Needles are used in other instances as well.

Not specifically referenced, but someone is buried alive.
Later there is a scene involving an underground tunnel, but nothing specifically linked to claustrophobia from the story or characters point of view

A surprising amount of it comes from the “good guy” in the movie. Lots of misogyny (and it’s mostly misogynistic hate speech).
