there is a children's beauty pageant and the whole scene is overall very creepy, but it's intentional. there are men in the audience who imply they are only there to see the little girls in their pageant getup and one character threatens to fight him later. at the end of this scene, a child does what is essentially a strip routine but honestly it ends up being the least sexual/sexualized part of the scene.
