Noone, the main character, is used by her tharapist Otto, the other main, when he discovers that she has the same connection to the "Nowhere" and pattern of nightmares as one of his loved ones who dissapeared. He starts out kind and with her wellbeing in mind, but as he learns more he becomes obsessed. All he wants to know about is her dreams, the other world, and how he can get there. At the expense of Noone's safety and mental health.

At the end of episode 4 Noone has a severe panic attack, she struggles to breath and repeats words in a screaming voice after she recounts an event where she failed to save someone by giving them a codephrase before it was too late. The attack is very visceral and could be hard to listen to
