Not exactly. There is damage to the eye but its behind the eye - her eye is intact and not visibly damaged beyond a blown pupil and being bloodshot. About 25 minutes in, a remote explosive is detonated in a woman's head (there is significant lead up with her in significant pain beforehand). When the defibrillator goes under 20 seconds, look away. There's a sharp zapping noise and her eyes go in 2 different directions. There's a few shots in the next minute or so where you can see that her eyes are fixed in 2 different directions. You're safe once the helicopter leaves the wind farm/once you can no longer hear the helicopter.
EDIT - look away after Ethan has a hug with his partner at about 27.30 - the next shot is them unzipping the woman's body bag and her face is clearly visible. You have a second or two of a shot on the closed body bag so you have some warning. When you hear the line "The words you used were 'beyond capable'," a few seconds later, you are safe
