Someone mentions they 'slaughtered' another family's dog while drunk, while the friends try to cheer up the mc. But it's not clear if it's a joke or not. It's never mentioned again.
No actual abuse happens, BUT …
18:00–19:30 mins
There is a scene where an old male therapist asks a teenage female character to draw her own imagined outline on a huge piece of paper on the floor. Then he asks her to lie down on said paper so he can draw her actual outline. It’s supposed to make a point about her body image. But I COULD NOT UNSEE that the therapist drawing her outline would mean he‘d be inappropriately physically close to her, even drawing between her legs and up her crotch which I found creepy as hell and 100% unethical. The slow unfolding of the scene makes you think abuse is going to happen any minute. Luckily, it then cuts to another scene and at
36:20–37:20 mins
they’re standing again, looking at the outlines. BUT YOU CAN SEE by the lines on the paper that he drew super close to her body (she is wearing baggy clothes and the outline is much much smaller) AND he also drew on the inside of her legs and directly under her crotch.
This scene made me horribly uncomfortable. It’s not relevant to the plot, though, so you lose nothing if you just fast-forward it.
27 mins when the camera is panning through the party someone is s* in the toilet 34 mins when mia tries to kiss theo she v*, she runs out the kitchen and v* again and passes out, skip to when they’re in the hospital 40 mins when they’re leaving the hospital
