Characters will get into magic duels which are sporting events with large audiences. In episode 11, one of them ends with the loser, a woman, getting attacked by a particularly powerful spell that leaves her unconscious and bleeding from the head

Much of the abuse depicted is emotional, however, there is a scene in which an adult very intentionally shoves a child to the ground.

In a flashback in episode 12 we see the beginning of a rape. But it only shows the victim being pushed to the floor by her attacker

there are two sets of incestuous relationships. One is more explicit with the sister & brother organising an entire revolt for their own selfishness of being in love. The second time this occours is when the rival's sister (a distant relative, but the rival calls her a sister) transfers to the school & the rival says to the main character that she would rather be with her sister than the main character. The sister does play in to this just to make the main character rilled up & to do something to woo the rival.

There are bath house scenes in which the characters are nude, however, intentionally placed steam clouds, water, and other objects obscure any private areas and genitals from view.
