Absolutely excessive. Prolonged closeups on missing eye and autopsy. Was able to get through it with my hand in front of my face but it's a lot. If I hadn't received such an enthused endorsement of this show, I'd probably have given up a few minutes in when the camera wouldn't move from the bloody eye socket.
