All the animals are aliens, and have unique anatomy, so there are no spiders. Some animals may have traits similar to spiders though

A character is mean/rude to a character who could be considered autistic-coded (Barry) but it isn't overly aggressive.

Kind of? Kamen is manipulated by an alien lifeform (through hallucinations) to believe it is his partner Fiona— this allows the creature to use him like a servant. Whenever he questions this or shows distress, he is dismissively “reassured” by the figment of Fiona.

The alien animals they interact with aren't dependent on humans, as they're in the wild. Injured aliens are shown onscreen and left behind, though.

A child/minor is sometimes treated in an emotionally unhealthy way by their guardian/teammate, but there's no physical abuse

There are no rabbits (or any recognizable earth/real animal) in the show, though small sometimes seemingly herbivorous animals may be harmed or killed

There is a sentient being whose eye is tranformed off-screen, and the way it's framed does have elements of body horror and wonder.

I didn't find any of the creatures actions to be triggering, it's 2d animated and didn't sound like gagging. for e8 and onward with the humans I did mute it though. they aren't Sick but they cough up some little bean looking thing and blood

No, but there are themes throughout of bodily autonomy being violated— whether through manipulation, possession, or transformative body horror. The narrative revolves around characters whose bodies are often “not their own”, notable examples being the malfunctioning robot Levi (although this is later subverted) and the heavily-hallucinating Kamen.
