A child does suffer some mild to moderate injuries during one chapter of the game, but the physical (and seemingly emotional) harm is temporary.

There are a few illustrated images of animal corpses, from dead goats to dead horses.

Technically no, but some dialogue can bring discomfort and imply sexual assault or similar.

More context (SPOILERS):
The old hag that follows Elise throughout the game is implied to be Elise's biological mother, and she talks about how she was used by Him in order to give birth to Elise. Particularly in the "Motherly Cocoon" ending, she repeats this over and over again.

While no gore is involved, Elise bears a kind of injury (a curse) to her eye that pops up multiple times in one section of the game with illustrations that depict said curse.

There are several startling audio cues and hallucinations that may count towards this.

Nothing serious, but the townsfolk gossip about one of their neighbours and imply that he needs to be watched over because they're worried about his mental health. This only comes up in passing conversation.

There are no incestuous relationships, but in order to ease any suspicion, Elise and Rozenmarine (one of Elise's love interests) need to pretend to be cousins.

There's also brief visuals of bloodied hands and decapitated goats. One of the minigames involves a "wack-a-mole" type of gameplay involving organs such as eyes, hearts and livers as the "wrong" items to hit, though they are rather simplistic.
