As others have said - horse death is persistent throughout the movie, only during the battle scenes and immediate aftermath.

Some specifics that I remember.

The first one was, I think, the worst. I don't even like horses and it upset me. At the battle at Toulon (the first battle), right after Napoleon says something like, "Ready, boy?" to his horse and rides forward, the horse is struck in the chest with a cannonball and the chest explodes. Very gorey. After the battle, Napoleon retrieves the ammunition from the horse's open chest.

At the battle of Austerlitz (first wintery battle), horses and their riders are struck by cannonballs, and also fall into the frozen lake as the ice is broken up.

There was horse violence in the Battle of Waterloo (the final battle of the film) also but I don't remember specifically gorey scenes.

Mosquitos (possibly two scenes, one in Egypt and the other after Austerlitz?), barely visible except that the characters are swatting at them; and toward the end Napoleon fishes a dead fly out of his wine, it is shown close up.

Voting no. Napoleon mentions being interested in marring a 15-year-old but it's for political reasons and she is not shown on screen. (Problematic for other reasons, but she is not sexualized in the movie.) He goes to bed with an 18-year-old, but she is just shown to be lying in bed, fully covered. His second wife was 19 when they married.

Robespierre attempts suicide by shooting himself in a crowded room (bullet wound is shown in detail) and all the battle scenes involve some degree of gun violence. There's also a handful of off-screen gunshots heard
