Mentions of Jack being found abandoned as a baby. There is also a scene where Jack remembers being abandoned by Fagin, who is a parental figure to him.

[S1E6] At 30:13, Sneed is lying in bed and pretends to be asleep when he notices Fanny approaching. She sits on top of him and kisses him at 30:28 without consent. He doesn't complain about the kiss but only about the pepper jelly that she fed him that made his lips swell.

Literally the entire plot of the show is about amputations. There is probably 2 or more per episode for the first half of the season.

Not necessarily tortured, but all of the patients at the hospital with injuries are in a lot of pain. Even though the doctors are trying to help them, the patients are screaming in agony and the entire scene focuses around their injuries. Could probably be triggering to anyone who is sensitive torture .

[S1E2] Skip from 33:45-33:47, and skip or mute from 35:18-35:22.
[S1E6] Skip from 0:55 to 1:04.

Details: [S1E2] At about 33 minutes Fagin pours drinks filled with liquid emetic for some soldiers. Nothing is actually shown until 33:45 or so (immediately after Jack says "now you wait here" to Fagin) when the soldiers are shown v*. Audible and visible for a few seconds, then audible in the background (but not shown) until Jack says "what did you do?" at 34:36. Skip to 34:47 to avoid the dialogue about how much of the medicine Fagin gave the soldiers. Only plot point missed is that Jack and Fagin are let inside on the pretense of providing medical help for the soldiers.

[S1E2] From 35:18-35:22 a soldier walks into the room and almost discovers them, then audibly g*s and turns and runs out of the room, no visible v*.

[S1E6] At 0:50 after Fagin says "Who's distracted now from the sacred purpose of drinking?" the scene cuts to some visibly drunk people outside of the bar. From 0:59 to 1:02 someone bends over and v* audibly. Safe when it cuts to the stagecoach and the Governor.

The character of Fagin was originally written using antisemitic stereotypes, and this depiction of the character (so far) does not seek to problematize the use of those stereotypes.
