This show is entirely emeto-safe! This is one of my favorite anime and seeing it translated into live action was wonderful. There is a slight moment that might be triggering on episode 5, about 26~ minutes in where Yusuke spits out blood from a really rough hit he takes, but it's not very graphic and there's no audio.
