Several boat crashes occur, in which a character/player's boat is destroyed due to rough seas; while it is usually used as a server mechanism, a few boats have been destroyed in climatic scenes, and shipwrecks server as quest sites in-game. Other than the in-game shipwreck builds and a couple of animations, this is shown non-graphically via server mechanisms instead, with the "destroyed" boat disappearing into thin air instead.

Cars do not appear in the setting outside of a brief, skippable cinematic filmed in live-action, and no traffic accidents of this sort appear. Boats also do not do damage when driven into a block or a player.

Other than in-game drowning, there is a climatic scene near the ending where a character shoots out the ice under them, falls into icy water, and nearly drowns; they are rescued but rendered unconscious for over a week of in-universe time afterward, and eventually wakes up coughing.

It's only as graphic as it can be in Minecraft (which is to say, not at all), but there is a semi-comedic lore stream where a character decides to start a "revolution" to free the cows from a crowded pen in the name of "cow rights", only for most of the released cows to die anyway… I guess.
